  1. Digital Products & Downloads
    All purchases of digital items (e.g., eBooks, meal plans, guides) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. Please ensure you read product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.

  2. Memberships & Subscriptions
    If you are unsatisfied with a membership or subscription service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we do not offer refunds, but you may cancel future billing at any time.

  3. Workshops or Online Events
    Refunds for paid workshops or events may be issued up to 48 hours before the event, minus any applicable processing fees. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

  4. Errors or Issues
    If you believe your payment was made in error or you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at manager@foodielovers.org within 3 days of purchase for resolution.
